Reveal Sound: Spire

4 oscillators, 4 "ADSR" type envelope generators. Simple 4 channel mixer to control the volume of each 4 oscillators. 1st envelope generator is hard wired to control "AMP" settings of all oscillators.

Ok, probably shouldn't be hardwired, but that's fine. Probably very simple to work around that.

So, what if you want to control "AMP" of oscillator 2 with envelope generator 2?

Well, you first have to assign envelope 2 to control OSC2 mixer volume. Makes sense. But that's not enough, next you have to turn down the OSC2 volume in the mixer, which is stupid to begin with, BUT NOT ALL THE WAY DOWN or else it doesn't work.

That almost ruins the software for me. It's just so fucking stupid and it ruins the mixer. Other than the 2 filters being "linked" together by default, which is a very minor annoyance, I can't find any other flaws in the design.
