Taking the opinions of '14 year olds waiting their first banger hit' seriously' is never a wise decision. I think R2R read too much gossip and act like girls.
They should not give a damn and stop releasing or release whenever they feel like.

 

Really confusing post, first you quote me ,but with no response or any thing constructive to add, talking about 14 year olds and then saying that R2R should not give a damn and stop releasing or release whenever they fell like it, well Yeah, that is all on them and they can do whatever they want ,when they want. it's a personal choice on their part, it really is ,so just like you they can do whatever they want ,when they want. It's not a very complicated thing to understand. Enjoying a summer and taking a breather from sitting in front of a computer all day is kinda normal, When they want to get at it , they will and if not..OH WELL It's not the end of the world.

 

Exactly. The world won't stop spinning (except for flat-earthers hehe) and we will be forever grateful for all the wonderful stuff teams gave us throughout the years.

 

Honestly, it seems to me like what groups release what has more to do with who fucks up. First Team VR releases something, and it's inevitably broken because nobody in VR knows what the hell they're doing. Then P2P releases a fixed version, and 90% of the time that's that because P2P is pretty good at what they do. In the 10% of cases where P2P does something wrong, R2R wakes up from hibernation and makes their own release just because they feel obligated to since the other ones are so terrible. In the 0.00001% case where R2R fucks something up, some necromancer somewhere casts some 40-person spell to raise AiR from Hell. Rinse and repeat with every new soft release...

 

If the teams really has said they will stop releasing simply because some moronic people demand or ask for stuff, then it seems like all the unhappy developers have to do is to start trolling our forums.

 

Please come back R2R, the overwhelming vast majority of people are extremely happy and overjoyed to see you releasing anything and have no bitching or complaints!

 

Good decision by R2R. Instead of releasing every minor update of some selected developers, they will only release the major ones. This will help those developers whose every tiny update was released by R2R. V.R should also do this. If warez are meant for trial purpose, they must be released less frequently. Any new plugin is always welcome after few months of release date.
