Independence Pro Standalone

    Hiya, can anyone provide any insight into this one? Independence installs with Sequoia, works perfectly as a vsti ... loads the full library, no issues.
    However the standalone and Independence Live remain stubbornly uncracked. I tried moving the protein dll's into their folders, no joy.
    Am I missing something? Apart from just using the vsti and being grateful obvs! ;)

    there was a release back in 2012 or so, which made use of the Best Service engine, which could open all independence presets.
    It was windows only so far i remember, look around if this solves your problem.

    Otherwise i have no idea.

    If anyone is actually interested in this issue, there is a fix that leaves the vst alone at 3.5 but patches the standalone and live versions.
    Thanks ArticStorm, that was the correct direction to look in. Can I post a link to the patch?
