This seems pretty easy to me, just a lot of plate reverb (longer tail) with a slow repeat delay (delay with hf rolloff)

 

you could try this:

duplicate the vocal tracks

track 1: vocal with plate reverb 100% wet (not as send FX), pre-delay 0
this places it way in the background but sounds "dumpy"
track 2: vocal with a rather drastic high-pass filter or EQ to just get the clear presence stuff, mixed in accordingly to remove the "dumpyness"

this should lead to a similar effect

Not just the reverb per say... Its like like theres a double tracking of vocals going on there as well or is a chorus effect??. Correct me if im wrong though.
