    I don't believe it's a (processed) TR-909.

    I already asked Samples From Mars and received the following reply:

    Cosmic Gate used it also in several tracks during that period.

    Any thoughts?

    I don't think it's 909 (or one of the digital X0Xs) either.

    To me it sounds either like the Linn OH or the DMX OH, but pitched up a bit and then EQ'd.
