I'm currently in the process of putting together my own synth sample library and want to sell it on the internet.

I've already put together some nki's with the samples, and it all works fine on my cracked Kontakt, however my question is will the people who have legit Kontakt be able to run my library?

You might run into some issues if NI finds out you dont own a legit version of Kontakt as a developer - on the other hand....... if you´re planing making money selling your creations/libraries I think it´s fair you actually buy and support Kontakt wich is the software that allows you to make money?!?

NI barely has people for tech support and (non-sample library) software development. I doubt they have manpower sufficient for combing the details of small scale sample libraries

If you use any software with this in it, chances are high that users who bought it want a refund. At worst, they'll sue you for everything. The compensation can be massive depending on which country you are in.

The easiest way is to just sell your wave files (If they not from a k´ed Serum or something )

But there is one simple rule, if you use stuff from R2R or VR or who ever did their magic.
