im getting an error

Invalid preset for every instance in the project as i go to save?




any ideas?

 

Are you running as administrator? Sometimes depending on where it tries to save to the preset it matters. Like if it's trying to save the preset in the Programs folder then sometimes it won't let you if you are not running as admin....

I think the crack might be a bit off

new crack assign says working?

 

The ASSiGN version works fine

 

i tried the assign version

it seemed ok but didn't load my previous projects without crashing

air version saves all the extra content in my documents
assaign saves all of it in the plug in directory

i got a different crash with the assign version

i could restore a backup but and try a fresh install but i have a bad feeling that there assign version will play up because it's saving the files in the vst directory not the my documents location

sometime mucking about with plugins serves as a distraction i'm trying to keep it to a minimum

 

The Air version's working fine in cubase 5 if that helps anyone!!!!......'mucking about with plug ins serves as a distraction' Lol....I too am trying to keep it to a minimum, it's easier with live than cubase as the stock plugs are ten times better imo.....but that's a whole other debate....good luck with that!!!!

have you tried saving you own presets in turnado

maybe that's what caused my problems?

i liked turnado but i wasn't blown away though.

 

I'm using the Air one and it saves the pre sets to the plugin dir. I've reloaded the pre sets re loaded the project with the plug in in. I also tried loading multiple intances on different tracks with no problems at all. It's funny google you see this alot with almost each release, someone seems to have a problem somewhere along the line woth something. We've all got different set ups and cracks and whatever who knows why this happens half the time!!!.......Anyway Tornado Air Cubase 5 No worries!!!
