Ilok Problem trial plugins

    Hi all

    I have ilok account and couple legit license.
    When I want try a demo or trial plugin, for example, softwares report an error. Contacted ilok.com but not solved my problem.
    Win10 64bit.
    Same error displayed when strart my daw Cubase 10 pro or Studio One (legit).

    not a single plugin is running demo or a trial. And I was activate on my ilok.

    2 things you have to do, is register via ilok and the actual developer site, i just installed soothe trial v1.3.2 all working perfect.

    Will try weiss in a few minutes - Update Weiss DS1-MK3 working perfect too

    If you would like take a screenshot of your iLok License Manager and send it to me it may help to clarify things.

    ok... dont work any trial license... Soothe, Weiss, Sonsing Rec-A, GGD Smash and Grab...etc...

    Count the current activations 14

    The other ones you are mentioning is a total of 17

    Try as a test to uninstall all the offending plugins, double check you have the latest installers and then reinstall.

    I've just installed it again for a couple of times and the guy still will not. Sonsing, Soothe, Rec-A, GGD Smash and Grab activate after run plugin... but not start run plugin. i have error with any trial plugin. I have screenshot in the first post.

    install latest iLok DRIVER from ilok.com

    hmm I think I've ran into such problem few times already,
    best you can probably do is:
    1) properly uninstall the iLok driver
    2) reboot
    3) perform fresh install of iLok driver
    4) reboot
    5) plug your iLok stick and try if things work

    I tried all solutions. I have ilok acc 10 years. And first time i i have this problem. I thing maybe some plugins (non legit) have problem with ilok. But always until now working properly.

    Do you use a firewall or your own network or something? Activation Problems often happen, if the other side can't identify the client pc correctly.

    Yes i have bitdefender and windows firewall. Deafult settings.

    Hi there, first post here.
    I have the exactly same issue.
    No soothe trial and no weiss trial are working.
    I have other licences working on my ilok account but no ilok dongle.
    I tried to reinstall ilok manager, my PACE service is running but nothing...
