R2R Tonex sounds better

 

Sorry for the noob question on this. For the models listed (and thank you so much to everyone for sharing these!!!) - is there a minimum version of ToneX that you need to have all these? Do you need the Max version, the free one, or another?

Going for the "natural" sounding way is far away from the CS version for me

 

I've used the legit version with the 20 free downloads and the cracked version. To me the latest cracked version sounds pretty good. Though I am using very good headphones. So I'm wondering if the method by which people use to listen to the sounds could be a factor?

Question from a noob : I marked some nice presets as favorites (and created a new presets) from one of the latest library.dl and backed it up before upgrading and noticed there were not here anymore (or just 4 of 16). What is the easiest way to take them from my backed library.dl and reinject them to the new one ?

The easiest way is to export them as presets, update Library.db and then, re-import the presets.
(boaring but easy, but boaring ;-)

Rodger dear. Have you new update to share

 

Roger has done a fantastic job. But he should not feel obligated to provide constant updates. I would be happy if there was a monthly or two monthly update. But I would apprappreciate it if other people with the full version also chipped in with some updates.

I'm also wondering if it is possible to do partial updates as in the new amps for a particular month versus the full library file?
