Had same error this mornig, found a solution.
You need to add another column in those csv files called "Version", between GUID and Target, whole column (Version) is just: 1. Then import them. There was change in new tonex update where they added this new "Version" column

when you install tonex, you need to start it so the default library.db loads and fills with 1000 models as MAX tonex has that many by default.

Then you open that library.db and add those cvs files. You should see after you start tonex again you have aroud 2400 models, if you added library.db before starting tonex at all and added csv files you would have around 1200 models. At least that was in my situation.

 

I failed creating library even with bknwzd's awesome tutorial.
I'll try later maybe I'm tired (or too old).
Once more : why not naming a single csv file "ToneModels" ?
Or maybe someone will post a "clear" library here soon.

You can only upload files of 25mb or less to github, and by naming them by the date range it serves as a historical record of sorts as well. If you update Tonex to its latest version and try to import them again using the method above it should now work for you.

 

I get a lot of models without pictures which cause ToneX to crash (Reaper).

Edit: ToneX inside Amplitube doesen't seem to crash.

What do you mean without pictures? Like no virtual amp interface?

 

I managed to update my library. I'm posting it with all the tones (-+ 2398, because I deleted the FRACTAL, HELIX and KPA).

Yeah, on the model selection tab, there's alot of models without the interface pics and selecting one of those crash the soft, crash Reaper, get an error on Studio 1.

Edit: Perhaps I have done something wrong because FREDERICOS lib shows all the pics and works.

 

I REALLY appreciate your work here. Does this contain the original models too? I am assuming it does.

I would love to have the remaining models. Can't have enough, really! But your work here is so appreciated.

I might not truly understand what is happening here, or how to do it myself, but I am imagining that you all have figured out a way?

Failed for the third time to add csv to library.
Maybe I need a ToneModels.csv with columns that match ?
