Better maybe because people will have access to more tools and sounds which may inspire better music to be made.

Worse because everyone may sound the same.

Nothing will change. People who already create amazing music will continue to do so, people who create every abomination that threatens to invade our ears will still create steaming piles of shit.

The only difference is those inbetween will either have the opportunity to learn something new which is good, or will spend all their time installing random plugins and never learn a thing.

i'd say K'ed plugin at least worth 29$ above to try before buy .. below that just save your money and buy ..

But to be serious, no. People would be filled with option paralysis and still continue to make the songs they do. Some just with higher quality audio, but not higher quality content.

Plugins are snake oil.
But at least developers are not stealing or killing, so we gotta, as a society, support them to stay that way.

People who collect plugins usually don't make songs. They don't get songs done.
It takes very little equipment to make good songs.

R2R would be unemployed and there will be even more wannabe musicians than already now.

sane devs would probably do something else to get money from

 

Plugins don't matter! What matters is, and in this order:
1. Good song
2. Good performance
3. Good recording
4. Good ears for mixing and mastering

Great hardware and software only offer minimal benefits compared to the above.

That's right, everything has long been cracked at least twice.
The first time under the mac with the XVX team, and now under the PC with the R2R team.
