Can you be more specific about your request? Do you need a vst that can shift frequencies of your program material or something to detune it?

I did a search a while ago with no luck.
Like The-RoBoT said there are 2 in Cubase but they only work with Cubase instruments. If you are on a Mac, in Logic X, microtuning is under the file menu, under project settings. Also tuning applied for logic instruments only :(

Sending midi pitch bend data after the note on should be a trick, there is an (old) free plugin that does the job http://www.vst4free.com/free_vst.php?id=1430 (I think it doesn't work anymore on modern systems)... Maybe with maxforlive...

    It is simply not possible.
I already responded a thousand times on the net about this point (and several times on this forum ).

Microtuning is at oscillator level, so it needs to be built-in the synth. Almost all serious synths nowadays support microtuning Scala/TUN format.
If you read the manual of most synths, you will find it. I even realized Z3ta 2 do it...yesterday :mates:
Search" microtuning "on this forum to find the list i post usually. 90% VST synths do it, BTW

PS : there are some attempts to do it with pitchshifting technic. But :
-pitch is mono only, not poly
-there are errors due to note on/off signal and pitch not returning to the initial position.
So to be clear : IMPOSSIBLE to make a proper microtuning support by any MIDI plugin. May be one day, OSC will do it...but all synths will already do it internally
