In Cubase you have an Arrangement Track, that does something similar I guess. If not the same.

 

This just looks like another DAW give or take, IMO. That's about all I can glean from an eight second "demo"... I have no need for yet another DAW.

If this thing is not a DAW then it would seem to lend to having to shuffle things back and forth between it and the DAW you're already using (for mix-down, efx, mastering etc...) which seems to me to be more of a PITA than it's worth. Especially when most proper DAW's already have these functions built into them. Using a proper DAW that dovetails with your workflow and meets all your production requirements (there are many already to choose from) means no shuffling of files/data
between apps - everything stays in one place throughout the entire production.
