Your best bet, burn a chicken, use spell #19 from the book of Magical Muzik, offer prayers to Lyre. Live a proper life, create a transcript of the lyrics in the language it was sung in, use google translate to translate the transcript to whatever lesser tongue you desire.

Hire a singer to sing these malformed machine translated lyrics, massage them to your hearts content with a softsware for note and pitch correction. and Voila. The results you desire are in your little uncreative hands.

or you could try to make something original, a shocking heretical idea in the modern music world.

as an artist who samples a lot, i dont think thats uncreative. have you identified which language that is?

 

I don't think that a software that will do that exists just yet. You can clone a voice, but if you make it speak another language, it will just sound bad most likely. I don't think AI can do that yet. Then again, if you just want to do it, sure you can clone the voice if you have enough material. After that you should be able to make it sing the translated text, but don't expect it to sound any good. I could be completely wrong though and there is an AI that can actually do that, but as for now, I haven't heard of one.

 

Its doable but the software, as far as I know, isn't widely available and only sings in Mandarin at the moment but Im sure we will have it sooner or later.
