i been trying to get the mk2 to work in performance mode in fl studio 11.1 r2r.. i watched a vid on youtube on how to do it (FL Studio 11: MASCHINE Template Overview). but it doesnt work right. i have the midi output an input set to the mk2 on the same channel (pic below) and the template provided by fl studio 11 loaded in the controller editor but when i press play an go to tap a pad on the mk2 it stays on the kick drum sound only no matter what pad i tap. so im pretty much stuck. any help is greatly appreciated.

p.s. i'll be working until 11 tonight but i will be back to check for responses later

 

hi the best fix i can think of is by using a plugin in fl studio,
there are two types, drum-samplers or drum-machines.

fl studio has Drumaxx and fpc or you could also use there samplers or any others like kontakt.

i use NI Battery myself, i dont have a mk2 but the midi input will work the same.
you can download a demo verson of a few plugins and have a mess around with them till you find one you like.
but try Drumaxx and fpc frist.
