I need help :P

    basically i need a perfect transition for the last part, im experimenting with some samples,synths, choirs but nothing has come to mind, i hate these musician blocks lol do you guys think that the last part some how combines with the last part? advice, tips, examples from other bands and honest critiques are welcomed :P
