I have the plugin alliance full bundle that use to work. Now it just says activation required on any plugin I would up buying the software... i also own the BAX Eq from them as well . They are the only two that work. I cant seem to get the RTR key gen to work. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but that not do anything either. Any ideas as to what do do? It just keeps saying licence expired.

Keys must be on separate devices for this to work (legit and non legit).
Non legit key on the hardrive of your PC. Legit on a USB stick.Or the reverse, you get the idea. Well it used to be this way with R2R full pack back then.
PA might have changed their security. If not it should work. You'll have to reauthorize the non legit ones with a key located on a usb stick (if your legit keys are on your hard drive).

Did you only install one pack of R2R or did you mix them with the VR released plugins ?
That can mess with your authorizations too.
If not I don't know.
