I use Superior, BFD, and MODO. On some of my tracks, MODO simply kills the other two. Sometimes it doesn't. But it's all in how you tweak it.
No, right out of the box it isn't that great. But after messing with it a bit, I quite like it. To my ears, Superior and BFD sound like samples. MODO seems more organic sounding to me. Just my opinion.

Of course you are, and this was indeed interesting to hear a different point of view. You are the 2nd or 3rd person to say that after some tweaking, this ended up sounding good so there might be something that most of us, including myself, just missed. Thanks for your interesting feedback.

Lets face it.... as shite goes... as compares to how most of us anticipated this plugin.... its pretty shite'y, id venture to say.. 'bout knee-deep.

The Kits just do not sound right to me for the most part they sound... eh.. sorta.. wannabe.. sorta contrived...... the library size is completely unacceptable for what was supposed to be one of its great advantages... the rooms\environments are hardly discernible from each other and very little control over them... graphically, both AD and SD\EZ are far more interesting and well designed.. so, for me..

Hype was not.. in ANY way.. justified.

Im sure after a buttload of tweaking it can be adequate for most uses but.. right out the box, EZ, SD and AD sound fookin awesome..

Ive seen very few positive reviews.. but I have to think, knowing the for the most part, the exceptional of the company..IK , after swinging and missing on this.. for the most part... they will make appropriate half time adjustments and the next iteration will be a much more pleasing and accepted offering.
