get some real fun positions without hurting yourself (do not bend your knees for too long
(change positions every 3 mins to ease pressure on back ,arms and legs
when you finish succefully ,dont run ,dont jump ,dont do sudden moves ,you gonna regret it
(i learned that the hard way and i feel my whole body is stiff like i was hit by a car)

relax on bed with her least 10 mins to let the sweat comes out then take long shower
drink alot of fluids water juice and keep the body hydrate
