   So, for someone who've never used PBO or done anything with it, what's the simpleton, explain to me like I'm a 5 year old explanation of what I should be doing to optimise a 9950X3D?
   
   I have an ASUS X670E Crosshair Hero motherboard, so any ASUS-BIOS specific advice would be hugely appreciated too
