i had to use my old piooner HDJ 500 headphones as mic connected to my front jack.

 

No I couldnt see the other video as it was on Dropbox

But now I've seen this one. I couldn't hear any sound, but even like this it is very instructive. Now I see how this can be done into Studio one, it's a very specific function.
