How to transfer plugins and projects to updated cracked fl?

    So I know its much smarter to just buy fl and get free updates for life... But currently I got fl studio version 20.7.2. I currently have 20.0.1. and was wondering how to transfer the plugs from my current version to the new updated version? Also, how to transfer my file projects to this new version. It's been awhile since I transferred from 12 to 20, so I've forgotten what needs to be done. I know with cracks the only way to get an update is to download a new version of FL with the update applied.
