Lets say you want to keep half of the signal untouched and half compressed (or with any other effect).
so the next plugin in the chain is affecting the signal half compressed and half untouched.
Using sends you have to pay attention to the peaks or rms,and its not accurate.
Any plugin like the standard trim pluging, but instead of adding or substracting dbs to the signal, percentage of it ex..50%.
Not just to blend signals but to insert exact percentage of one signal into a chain.
    ANY IDEAS ?

In Reaper I know how to do this, if I understand you correctly.

    I use pro tools.
Lets say I have a compressor and after that compresor another one with ratio at 1,only to get the harmonics from it,but I do not want it fully, only a portion.
I dont have a mix control on that compressor and afterwards I have a couple of more plugins that would like to heve processing rhe sound from the first compressor and the sound from the second that wold be like having half with harmonics and half without (blended).
With a mix control I could do so...but it does not have one.

Yep indeed you can do that natively in Reaper. Or you can use the vst Agent that can host vsts and mix them in the way you want. This screenshot show both, in the chainer Agent which himself is in reaper and you have the wet/dry control at the top right of every plugins windows.

That's if I understood correctly your request....

Metaplugin can do that too. It's probably possible to steup in Bidule one way or another( with a crossfade or a mixer probably, more complicated though). I don't think bluecat patchwork does it on a per plugin basis, only a global wet/mix control.
In metaplugin (probably less buggy than Agent but Agent has more to offer):

No problem. Can't contradict you on the manual thing, it helps .
Shift + left click on the plugin to do the wet dry thing like on the screenshot...
