Stack, duplicate, etc so that you have more oscillators. Then detune/unison them.

How many voices per oscillators can you have in 3xOSC? (I don't own/use Fruityloops)

Maybe you are detuning too much? It's up to you how much you want to detune.

What exactly is it that you want to do? Stack, spread over octaves, unison/detune, or something else? Do you want to layer different synths with different tone, timbre, character and envelope shaping, to create a much more interesting homogenous "entity" of ´sound?

I don't use FLS either but from the Image Line site:
    • Detune - Allows you to de-tune the stereo sound of the generator, by applying a slightly different frequency at the left and right sound channels. This adds to the stereo panorama of the sound produced, and creates a 'stereo flange' effect. When the knob is in the middle, the effect is turned off.

Try using the Fine Tune instead of Detune and detuning two oscillators by the same amount - and + and leaving one dead center (perfect).
Clone this 3xOSC device and use coarse tuning to detune by a whole octave.

If you have 3 Oscillators, leave one in tune, detune one down and one up apply a gentle chorus and that will give a close approximation of 7 voices in near unison. Or did I misunderstand the question.
