How to route midi from fl studio as a vsti into Ableton?

    Hi everybody,
    Does anyone know how to do it? I can route the audio coming from fl studio as a vsti into an ableton audio track, but I haven't suceeded in routing the midi from fl studio (as a vsti) into an ableton midi track. Is it possible or the only way to work it around is to use the export midi function in Fl studio and then import the midi into ableton?

    As far as i know it cant be dune like this,only recording the audio like you said,
    so exporting the midi file from fl and importing it back into live is the only way.
    it comes in handy do as you have a lot of your midi files at hand to mess around with,
