Yes, there is a win version on sister site (works great).
But I love Mac, I use Mac for music "production".
Yes version 7 exists and works great on a Mac.
But version 8 sounds better.
Just the main piano sounds darker (better) than the shitty super bright (ok, not shitty but when you compare them, there is the biggest difference) in version 7.
I replaced all the sounds from 7 with the 8 version ones.
For some reason they sound the same (within version 7, I don't know why, since they claimed they improved the sound of the soundbanks), hence I "gotta" have version 8.
Version 8 master mixer volume is way lower (I think this is to give headroom for this new feature where you can make any track stand out for whatever reason).
Plus version 8 works with silicon Mac.
Version 7 uses Rosetta.
Or if someone has a serial they would like to give away (unlikely).
Yes, I love that program so much (improved Powertab).
