    This is hardly a 'loop' but either put together with separate samples or analogue drum machines built by 1995 at the latest.
    Why not a premade loop? Because it's played half-time a few seconds before without any stretching artifacts and I doubt this was possible in 1995.

    try to copy what you hear. can you hear the drum beat with the extra clap ?
