but i thinks r4e said to make sure fl is not running is the best way

Ps:
Make sure FL isn't running when installing the theme.
Otherwise the Theme selector will restart your PC to replace the theme at the next start.
Will fix this soon so it checks for a running instance before and doesn't restart the pc anymore.

In the next update of the selector I'll also include my animated backgrounds for fl.
Also have a solution for setting selected backgrounds automatically but first I have to find
a way to include this solution into the selector.

Here's a preview:

The starfield background at Minute 2:00 is controlled by the mouse wheel (if you wonder why the speed/direction changes).
Also thinking of including some start and render sounds but for that I have to include my code for previewing
sounds in inno setup by mouse over actions. Will see if I can do that fast.

Where can I find FL Studio skins?


The problem for us is the way skins, for FL Studio are distributed, they are often bound up with cracked dlls, and additionally to skin FL Studio you must breach copyright.


Pirated copies of FL Studio are sold all over the world on sites like eBay, Craigslist, Gumtree, Facebook, Twitter etc, and hosted on various warez sites. Crackers fuel an enormous black market of 'business warez' (direct sales, paid for downloads, virus and spyware). While they paint themselves as 'doing good the community', they really provide the raw material for an industry that attracts the worst scum and criminal element of the internet, who make millions off cracks and that act in opposition to our business, FL Studio's future and hapless warez customers. These people end up with infected machines, scam-ware or worse.


The guys who crack FL Studio are like drug lords with a complex chain of unintended consequences (including organized crime) following them, to which they turn their back. Nothing is free. If a site hosts Warez, they are getting something out of it. In other words, pirates killed your fun. That is why we are so anti-piracy and by association, anti-skinning. We use to take a more casual attitude, but this has gotten way out of hand.

I used resource tuner to open dll file but error came like "unknown"

 

For which FL version?

The file should open but in some newer FL versions you can't change colors anyway.
Which FL versions dll did you try to open?
