As you can see in the picture below, the mute button won't work all along. They work separately. Plus, the mute button on the track actually doesn't work. Only console one works. So I have to open the console every time I mute. The audio track is fine, but only the instrument track has this issue. Is it supposed to be like this?

yeah I was kinda confused, at first I thought you wanted to solo a channel then mute it as if you really wanted to pin point silence

Your arranger track is an instrument track, muting it will mute the flow of midi from the track to the instrument.

The Console mute applies to the audio flowing from the instrument into the mix. This is differnt because you could well have multtimbral processing in your song (multiple instrument tracks flowing into the same instrument) any mute on any one of them would mute all of them, if your expected behaviour was applied. An instrument track is not an audio output.
