here's guitar sound very wide and clean,,, so i wanna know what type of effects i can use
I Have waves plugins.. so which waves plugins can help me...use headph or Monitor.

Doesn't sound like a guitar at all.
slight stereo pitchshift and stereo widener maybe?

 

A blend between acoustic guitar "palm muted" sample and some other acoustic sample (percussion or something) ?
Try to search "guitar" on omnisphere if you have it ;)

 

The sound reminds me of when I used a drum stick on bass guitar strings. Try these:

or 3 to 4 chop sticks taped together on the guitar strings.

 

Not sure about mixing tricks to achieve that sound but, I think 8Dio Aura Guitars is close to your reference.
