second one is quarter delay with feedback

So everything is just a voice and intonation of a singer?
I thought there is some effect that change the vocal.
Those 3 track have very similar vocal and I haven't heard it anywhere else.
It's very characteristic. I mean the most track "Phantasia - Violet Skies".

 

No. Just add a delay and reverb (in that order) and roll-off the highs off the delay/reverb with an EQ (lastly).

 

They all sampled "C'hantal - The Realm (Acapella)" from 1992 that already had a reverb/delay on it.

Looks like it is a sample used by "Bronx - Wet Like The Rain".
But 2 others track doesn't match to it.
"Phantasia - Violet Skies" is from 1991 and this track is from 1992.
Also lyrics completly doesn't match.
Same as "Kai Tracid - Destiny's Path".

For me it isn't a coincidence.
I thought that there is some ingridient that make all of them sound similar.
You know. This intonation, specific talking, similar voice. Like there is something that make it so characteristic. That can be reconstructed using effects in DAW. Maybe some modulations of vocoder? Maybe using some plugins from Antares?

 

I'm pretty sure. I remember that all the hard house and hard trance people in Europe back then wanted this original sample, which circulated around in 1991 even before it was released on vinyl. There might be later re-recordings or new recordings of it that I'm not aware of. But you're right, the vocals on "Kai Tracid - Destiny's Path" is different, featuring Jade 4U or Nikkie Van Lierop.

Just for the giggles, I really like that 2018 song "Superorganism - Something For Your M.I.N.D" using that sample...
