Hold your nose. Sing-talk. Record and sing-talk once more on a new track (double-track).

If you want to make the beat, download some TR808 samples, load into sampler and hammer away.

In the beginning there's a female vocalist, layering Lamar. When you double-track, try counter-pan the two (or more) vocal takes, so one is a bit left and the other a bit right. This creates the width.
Then sum both (or more) vocals to a stereo group/subgroup and try boosting that group in the 1kHz area with an EQ. 1K-ish is the "nasality" of a sound, and his voice is really nasally.
