Sounds like overdrive or fuzz, chorus or phaser, and a vibrato or tremolo effect with a slightly delayed attack...

Sounds like a unison bend with tremolo

 

Yes it is a unison bend most likely done on the high E and B string in the 5 th position
A.k.a the high E string is the note A on the 5th fret and the B-string is bent from the 8th fret and is suppose to be a whole note bend but the the bend is not perfect it haven´t reached the 10th fret it is slightly flat so that what causes that tremolo or wobbling sound.

(but it can also be done in the 10 position between the B and the G string and the 15 position between the G and the D string and also on the 21 th position between the D and the A string
Those two last positions mention is sort of NO GO for guitarists they are just possible because they have the same tones but it is very rare someone uses those for unison bends i think it sounds like the 5 position)

So it is not an effect pedal it´s what happens when you don´t reach the right note with the bent string when you push it..

Other than that it is just a ordinary dirty sound nothing fancy at all
