How do you get this stereo image, I mean the lead melody that plays from the beginning all the time through.

What stereo effect was used here ?

I think it sounds like the sound is going from left to right and back again, but somehow not completely.
I can not explain it

 

Euclidean delay maybe ? Like this one :

Exists in Line6 Native vst.

 

I guess Sax and Voice are delayed, reverbered and pan modulated (sine or triangular), but out of phase between them.
There may be some other instrument doing the same.

I see now the post above, Euclidean could be the answer.

For Fruity Delay 2, sounds like a medium volume and short time delay with a low cut and high boost. The problem is that FL studio doesn't have Low or High cut knobs), so I would create a dedicated bus for the delay and send the instrument/sample signal to this on pre-fader mode (Fruity Send insert), so in that way I can EQ the delay. In other case you can get a delay plugin with low-high knobs. If I am correct, Valhalla delay has this posibility. PD: Don't forget to set all the way down the Dry knob of the Delay plugin.

 

Pretty simple actually. An auto pan(Panner) inserted to lead, synced to tempo. And some tremolo to the delay and reverb.

 

Auto Panner and set to go only slightly to the left and right, so don't go full left or right as it will lose it's appeal.

Auto pan can be used as an important effect ( U2- Still Haven't found) on the middle section and the opening scruff guitar before the main delay guitar comes in.
