Hi guys. Any idea how to make this kind of pad? (you can click anywhere in the video). I'm keep trying and failing. I hear a lot of reverb but in this video the sound is constant. Sometimes louder, sometimes quiter, but always there. Thx in advance

It could be a sound slowed way down, like 4000% slower. Check this out:

Well, imo, that pad sounds pretty awful, If you want great drones, check out music by Mathias Grassow or Robert Rich.
They mainly use hardware synths, but you could make similar stuff with soft synths, see this page for some ideas:

I guess it's a layered sound that includes a choir, a bass, maybe kind of "vox humana" strings (that has very little of human) and soaked so much in reverb that it becomes almost impossible to understand the real thing.

However, in Reaktor there is a synth called "Space Drone" (included in factory library) that creates very similar stuff - see Polar Wind preset.

Fun Fact: The Win95 sounds were made by Brian Eno on a mac ;)

Yeah, sounds like your typical PaulStretch reverb and granular stretch. But you could just use any granular synth (like Native Instrument Fairlight, etc) and run it through a reverb like Eventide Blackhole.
