How to make this sound texture type sound?

    Hi there,



    The texture sound plays between 0:12 and 0:36

    It sounds like birds or falling stars. I really don't get what sort of sound it is and how to design it.

    I will be glad if someone could lead me to the result.

    Yes, windchimes it's good start.
    I achieve that type of sound using a delay called fracture XT by glitchmachine (glassbox preset work well).
