how to make this pitched echo effect?

    how to make this effect on the snare drum at 1:22



    i know it s a delay effect but which delay plugin should i use and which settings please?

    Sounds like a layered vox stab with some tail something. No effect.

    But you could use side-chain gate and "trigger" any sound/synth/noise that you got running (with the snare on the side-chain/key input). That sounds more likely in this case.
    Fabfilter Pro-G is great for this.
