How to make this electricity-like synth sound

    Hello,
    I'm trying to copy the sound that appears at 1:07 in this video.


    It seems to be a mix of 808 sound and some kind of synth sound, but I don't know how to make the high frequency synth ( it's sound like electricity to me..)

    Please Help..
