Hello guys! I'm wondering how to get this "detuned" vocal effect, I call it detuned for a lack of better word, but you will get the point. I got this effect like a decade ago, but I have no fucking idea what I was doing or what plugin I was using. But this is not strange to my ears, I know I already did this before. So if somebody knows hot to, please tell me.

look up Talk box or use a vocoder.

 

Vocoder. There are plugins and hardware. Just plug your mic (modulator) and synth (carrier) into the vocoder and you are on your way.

I know many. Google/Gersic VSTs/Audioz/YouTube is your friend. Be a good lad and do some research on your own instead of waiting for us to make your lunch bag like some daddy-o.
