How to make this bell glissando patch?

    Hello, I want to make this bell glissando sound patch using an VST, does anyone know how to make it? I like the sound of it.

    This is basically a bell tree or chimes sound. Though the real instruments sound higher (maybe just pitched down?).

    I say Toy Piano + rhythmic delay + cutoff + rev. It's mainly how it's played (from C down almost 2 octaves to E)..

    arp 1/64 rate, downward note order, 3 or 4 octaves. reverb. probably other stuff too.
