    Maybe like this:

    - Take two oscillators, set both to pure sines.
    - Set osc 2 to +1 octave and 0 level.
    - Set osc 1 to get FM'd by osc 2.
    - Set FM amount to 0-10% initially.
    - Put a lowpass on osc 1.
    - Connect an envelope to increase osc 1's FM amount.
    - Set the envelope to have a bit of attack, some hold, no sustain, longer release.

    Play with the envelope and FM amount until you get it to sound right.

    Above, or it can be a snippet of digeridoo sample, or maybe you can reach easily this kind of sound with physmod chromaphone.
