I drew some notes with virtual guitars with an amp sim. It sounds something cut which is unnatural at the end of the note. Check the attached file.

Which virtual guitar? If it's ample sound what I think it is turn the REL, FX, FSA and FSR faders down in the main menu.

That's definitely a "release" articulation not being triggered, typically a glissando-like noise, like @Lieglein said. Also you may want to tell which one you're using.
In your sample one release articulation is used, the thing is there're several depending on the use. Or perhaps you should just extend the duration of the note. Again, it's up to the specific guitar plugin.

Thanks! I'll give it a shot today. I tried Ample and Shreddage, and both of them have the same issue.

Hmm..it's weird. It happened even though I didn't use any articulation. I guess it will be fixed if I use a specific articulation to stop it?

Most guitar plugins do it automatically but not always get it right.
Just from the top of my head things that could help you with that:
    - Shreddage v3 have at least two modes (solo and normal?). That affect the articulations but not only the release ones. Ample Sound's have even more
    - Doing it manually. I almost sure you can deactivate automatic articulations. You can disable them individually in Shreddage, don't remember in AmpleSound since there're more modes.

Automatic articulation? I haven't heard that. What is that?
Plus, I have another issue with Shreddage. Could you take a look at the picture below?

I made strum part and the beginning part (the yellow ones) doesn't sound unless I play it from the start. The previous part is power chord parm mute.

If the release triggers at the end of a note then the release is an automatically triggered articulation. :dunno:
In shreddage you can turn it off at page three of the articulation menu.

MIDI can only play notes from the start. If you start during a note it won't trigger.

I found something more than that. Both of the yellow midi notes don't sound.
