The sound I am trying to make phasy-vocal-bass sound in the drop, during 1:00 in video below.
I thought phaser is used on vocals to make that sound but I am not getting it right.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

 

I'm not expert with sounds, and I wish I could offer help as to get the EXACT sound, but it appears to me like a comb filter.

 

I'm fairly sure they are using a vocoder, plus a glitch effect, and like Sylenth said some sort of filter modulating around.

 

I'm no pro at this but it sounds a lot like a formant filter with a high resonance and a small amount of overdrive and a bit of phaser. It does sound a lot like a vocoder is being used tho but I think you can fake it with the formant filter. I just made a preset for it in Serum, it doesn't sound exactly like it but I think I got down some of the similarities of the sound. I asked OMFG about that and I can tell you she's using the MXR m222 talkbox ;)

 

He uses Vocodex, there was a video lying around years ago showing him doing stuff on FL Studio

 

Talkbox.
But you can also use vocoder, formant filter, triple bandpass in serial, Zynaptiq Morph. They all have somewhat different characteristics, pros & cons, limitations, etc.

I used to have a talkbox. I bought it at the Canal Street Flea Market when Joel Kaufman ran it across the street from his loft on Green Street, I guess around 1984. $20 and boy was I stoked to be able to sound like Peter Frampton when he played his mostest bitchin' lead from Frampton Comes Alive. I bought a new plastic tube and another SM58 (used for $35) dedicated for the effect and I was ready to go. Within the first 5 minutes of playing I loosened up a filling that cost me $50 to fill. The next week I sold the thing for $45 to my dentist's son for a net loss of $60. I did keep the mic which came in handy after I dropped my other 58 in a pitcher of beer while performing at CBGB's. Do You Feel Like We Do? I hope so!!!

 

IDK which video you are talking about, OMFG is not he. She's a girl.

 

I have nothing to add since it's already been solved, but damn that's a cool effect.
