    Hello
I want to know how can I make sounds like those used in pressure points track by camel
At the first synth bass I think it's a bass with triangle waveform but I don't know how to make a sound that feels like the main sound
And if you listen to the music a percussion instrument sounds at upbeats that I don't if it's timpani or something else
And for pads if you can help me pls...
    Album version

    Live version

Its the right section, but if you want more replies, perhaps add an audio/video snippet example of "that sound" you want to recreate?

Synths are something like a Prophet or Oberheimer, doesn't sound that moogy imo.
Those are 80s synths, the track was released in '84.
Guitar is, well, a Gibson probably and picked up amp with a mic and put a delay on it
That's not a timpani but kick drum and or tom played at the same time

Something on the track is a Fairlight, which is a sort of sampler that used wavetables:

They also have Prophet 5 on that album, the layered drum noise pitch shifts over time and the Prophet 5 is known for it's metallic tones, so that may very well be layered drums and some kind of Prophet 5.

Find a Fairlight Sample library or Fairlight VST with the original presets and see if there's something on it that sounds like the repeating part.

I'm unfamiliar with the sounds of the other keyboards/their presets to guess, but there is also a Yamaha CS-80 on that album, and they're extremely good for pads, they're good for lots of things, but very good for pads, so you might want to look into a VST with some presets, like from Cherry Audio, Arturia, Memory Moon, whatever the pads are the don't sound like anything, although they could be a preset for a blown instrument, like a pan pipe, bottle, bamboo flute, etc . . . But they sound kind of like a purely synthetic sound, which the Yamaha CS-80 requires, everything has to be done from scratch on a real one, no presets . . .

If you can't find anything that sounds like those pads, then get a VST/sample set of a Yamaha Synthesizer that uses FM synthesis and look for like bottle, pan pipe, etc . . . Sounds.

    Thank you friends
I can't find what exactly layered with drums I mean that treble sound
And for drums I'm not sure if it's snare or toms ...

    Live version:

In live version I see drummer plays on some small toms and I don't know what name they have and in which cat I can find like them

Bass if fairly simple, two (or more) detuned saw osc through a lowpass filter, with a bit of tweaking you can make it in almost any VSTi out there. The percussive sound is tricky, it's definitively layered, you can hear a tonal low pitch release underneath the percussive noizy part. My guess it's a sampler of that time, Fairlight sounds plausible, then it can be a downpitched piano or bell or anything plucky of that type that has mid-low-end body layered with a snare hit and maybe something else to blend it together. The live version clearly has another sound to it.
