How To Make Broken sound like (Broken Violin Or Broken Erhu)

is there a "VST Plugin" to turn every sound to Broken one or There is Working Setting To do that beside using real broken instruments

PS ::: No one want to broke his instruments to get that sounds that's why i ask for "VST PLUGIN" OR "VSTi" OR "KONTAKT LIBRARY" for that matter

PS ::: i have Broken wurli and other broken piano from "Omnisphere" , i just want other thing like "Broken Violin" or "broken Strings" or "Broken Erhu"

PS ::: in case IF no vst exist out there , i will try to do some sound designing" to get things done , if i succeed i will be glad To share it with you all

The instrument playing there is a bagpipe, at least that's what it sounds like to me, sounds really cool, and with some filtering and distortion you will be able to get that sound pretty easily.

 

Use the pitch wheel on some parts or use automation on a Tuning plugin. At least the last note on the end of the song is a detuned C, which sounds almost like a B, something like C detuned ~70 cents down. That is the most obvious one.

Cool music. It sounds a bit like irish song. So I think fuad is right and it's a bagpipe.

then you can use "izotope trash" or another advanced distortion plugin, or a chorus effect, its your choice

And yes, in certain instances, it sounds like a mix of a bagpipe and a violin
maybe you can stack/layer these two instruments (90% violin - 10% bagpipe) using kontakt for example then apply effects, you know

The instrument I hear is an hurdy gurdy... anyway you could get close to a broken violin sound (without the drone) using any bowed "something". For instance, though I don't remember who has released it, there's a bowed gamelan that could fit.
