how to make podcasts?

    Hello friends, how to create podcasts? I have three audio tracks and a reference. first step I normalized the volume of the audio tracks to -14 LUFS and then used the match EQ, then I use on my master chanel multiband limiter to create a volume balance, but the LUFS changes for each track something is wrong ((.
