First of all, this is my first post here so... Hi all! :)

Secondly, I've heard that really cool song in a podcast a few days ago - it's called Desire Life by My Digital Enemy:

Ever since I heard it for the first time, I've had this kinda Tech House plucky bass sound that starts at about 1:33 stuck in my head.
I tried to reproduce it within NI Massive, With a saw / sine combination that gets lowpassed and a "typical" pluck envelope controlling the filter cutoff.
Anyways, it doesn't sound terrible but it's still far from perfect, so do you guys have any ideas on how to recreate that sound?

    Thanks in advance!

I can recommend Arturia MiniMoog V for such sounds.

I get the best result with the Access Virus + UAD Moog (but you'll need some external processing there... which is expensive as hell)

Thanks for your advice! Just downloaded the Arturia Mini-V trial and I think I might actually pull the trigger on it, sounds really awesome and at 99€ it's pretty reasonably priced!
