How to Make non Licensed Libraries Show Up in Library Window?

    I'm having some trouble figuring out how to get custom and third party libraries to show up in the kontakt 6 library window. I made my own papers and was able to get them to show up in Kontakt 5.5 but they instantly disappear from the library window when I close it and will not show up at all in Kontakt 6. Can someone point me to a thread or something? Thanks.
