    To me it sounds like an AMS® RMX16. UAD has the closest emulation but its $$$$$.

    I'm not a reverb programming expert so maybe somebody could tell you how to programme something similar.

    Tuned down 14x5.5" snare. Some gated reverb (hall or plate, mono) with a bit of predelay.
