Guys, how to make such a vintage "short fast delay, short feedback effect, stretching and repeating" on vox like in the end "kkkllluuuubbbhhhheeeaaaadddsss ssstttyyyyllle"?

Track called "Klubbheads - Mmde Intro", in the end (same in the beginning " Kkkkllluuubbbbheeeaaadddddss").

Special a stretching delay plugin? Or what? I want such effect and such oldskoolish vibe like "1990s".

They would have done the time stretching with a hardware sampler, Akaizer is a free tool that gets the job done, I'm not aware of any other "authentic" apps or plugins for this duty
